- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Item must be in **original packaging** with tags attached
- Sale items, couple sets, and gift sets are final sale and not eligible for return

The following items cannot be returned:
- Gym accessories & equipment (resistance bands, grippers, etc.)
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Couple & Gift Sets

4. Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
